As a Senior Control System & Software Engineering Leader, I'm personally very passionate about work to transform operations to meet the challenges of the future while driving continuous quality & efficiency improvements. By building and empowering high performing teams, I've been able to consistently deliver major software development & validation process and infrastructure advancements in complex distributed organizations. I've also demonstrated an ability to work effectively globally and cross-functionally in leading strategy definition and implementation. With over 20 years of embedded controls technology & team leadership experience, I am able to provide a unique combination of capabilities proven through end-to-end planning and delivery of numerous projects to meet customer, safety, government regulation, and business requirements. My leadership style reflects my positive can-do attitude and is centered around open communication, collaboration, and empowerment to create a work culture that is both motivating and enjoyable. I am very data-driven with strong emphasis on objective KPIs in driving people and business improvement and project delivery. I also enjoy mentoring / coaching, and never pass up the opportunity to share my own lessons learned to help others in achieving their personal goals.
