We are can-do and focused on the collective team intent to deliver success on complex real estate that requires knowledge, team alignment and support at all levels. We have developed most asset classes over the last 30 years and having merged a well known, 30 year old cost consultant with our own business in 2016, we also give demonstrable, benchmarked commercial advice today, to those who value our ability to deliver all development, project and commercial management necessary from inception through operation. Our clients receive informed advice from our own experience of investing, developing and owning successful real estate, accompanied with a deep knowledge of our chosen markets from our Consultancy business and Board. This is our main differentiator in the market. We own hotels, golf courses, residential and hospitality portfolios with our partners and we seek opportunities to invest in and develop real estate across our chosen markets. We are a large land owner across our home market of North America and we are building our residential portfolio in the UK at this time with various local and institutional investors. We lead the Mars Program in Dubai, a portfolio of 6 star hotels in KSA, Bee’ahs HQ and we have numerous consultancy clients - both private and public, all over our chosen markets. We prefer to integrate Development, Project and Cost Management for control and efficiency, leveraging our team to drive speed and exceptional outcomes on complex work. We led La Mer in Dubai for Meraas, a project that has proven very successful. We continue to deliver Museum of the Future which is looking fantastic on the Dubai skyline, setting a new standard for LEED Platinum and BIM in the process. We deliver Bee’ah’s ambitious new HQ designed by Zaha Hadid, working with Microsoft to deliver a very “Smart Office”environment. We enjoy hospitality work, working with some of the finest designers and interior designers from around the world on 5 and 6 star (KSA) hotels. Most of our projects share a level of complexity that warrants the mix of talent we deploy in support of clients who need a Development Partner or a consultant, who can help develop, Finance, Project or Commercially Manage their development work.
