For three decades I've written thousands of articles and multiple books about food, spirits and the personalities industries behind them. Those countless interviews with leaders in those industries honed my high-level understanding of those unique businesses. That knowledge helped me become uniquely skilled as an award-winning reporter, editor, copy writer and speaker in these areas.That accumulation of food, beverage and operational knowledge has allowed me to add copy writing and ghostwriting for industry personalities and companies to my resume.
