I am an attorney and commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience. I have worked in the San Francisco office market throughout this period, specializing in the exclusive representation of tenants. I have represented companies on leases from to sq.ft. in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout the US. This includes headquarters locations for Charles Schwab, Advent Software, Rodan + Fields, First Nationwide Bank, Robertson Stephens, Robert Half, RS Investments, and others. I have also represented both Oracle Corporation and VISA, Inc. on field offices nationally. For these two companies I completed approximately 25 transactions in cities including Boston, Chicago, Seattle, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Washington D.C, Baltimore, St. Paul, Wilmington, Cleveland, Newport Beach, and others. Transaction sizes ranged from - sq.ft. Earlier in my career, I was a Vice President in the Corporate Real Estate Division of Bank of America for five years, where I negotiated leases on over sq.ft of office space for the Bank. I practiced real estate law for two years before joining Bank of America. My approach to working with clients is to be very personally involved in every transaction.
