Background

About Steve Coyle

I am a General Manager who reports to a Main Board Director with a career background achieving success in dynamic growth, turnarounds & start ups for major organisations. Grounded as a Chartered Accountant I develop and deliver strategic and operational plans, typically through Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver growth, implement operational efficiencies, create sustainable revenue streams whilst planning and implementing the next business phases. A natural communicator and collaborator, with a drive for the success of the corporation and the team I foster close working relationships whilst creating team fit and development. Whilst my career experience has started within B2C sales, I have developed acute leadership and purposeful forensic P&L examination skills, operational process efficiency skills, product differentiation understanding, testing of new routes to market and effective marketing planning know-how which have all lead to consistent business success. I am energised by a commercial role needing a leader to devise plans, make tough decisions and grow a business or division to exceed sales figures and profit delivery whilst recruiting, restructuring or retraining the team. Immediately available due to successful business turnaround moving business back in-house.
