Through the medium of Adventurous Training and team tasking, I will raise self awareness and personal qualities. With 33 years experience of physical and mental situations and risk to life management within the tri service environment, I am able to get the best out of a wide range of personalities whilst managing expectations and ensuring success under extreme pressure. I am most suited in the field of personal development and utterly dependable to elicit the best out of people. As Course Director on the Royal British Legion flagship Battle Back programme based at Lilleshall National Sports Academy I am able to adapt to change within serving Tri service personnel and Veterans. Through engagement and trust I can help others to help themselves, working with a wide spectrum of people and bring solutions to the fore through my knowledge and experience gained over many years in the coaching world.
