Strong organizational and operations management skills with in-depth knowledge and experience in service-based industries focusing on customer satisfaction and strong revenue generation. My career started as an engineering designer in the telecom industry. After several years I felt the need to be more in touch with the customer and the customers needs. I moved into the TAC (Technical Assistance Center) organization at Ericsson which allowed me to work directly with customers. From there I was able to move into the management of the TAC group. This showed me that ultimately it was operations and people management where I excelled. I truely enjoyed fostering relationships with the staff and management while achieving positive revenue growth year over year.
