I am a 30+ year hospitality professional and chef looking for new and exciting possibilities. As a Culinary Institute of America graduate and over the course of my career, I have worked my way up from dishwasher, to prep cook, to lunch chef to regional manager. I have cooked for families on special days and for rock stars and dignitaries at special events. I have done line checks for a small meal service and have planned logistics, payroll, menu planning and operations for huge music festivals. I believe there is no task too large or too small. Currently, I am looking for work in the hospitality industry, but not necessarily in the kitchen. I excel at customer service, multi-tasking, working in fast-paced environments and have a strong loyalty mentality. I am well versed and comfortable with client interaction, and guest satisfaction. I excel at creating and executing food prep schedules and menus. Additionally, I have my food safety sanitation certification and am also proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as, Fresh Books and Quicken.
