Growing up in 1960s England, I witnessed firsthand the toll that workplace distress can take on individuals and families. Determined to make a difference, I embarked on a journey to find ways to create more collaborative and fulfilling work environments. My journey has taken me from marine engineering to sales, from small business ownership to local government evaluation, and now to entrepreneurship and thought leadership. Along the way, I've honed my skills in training and development, empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
