This has seen me deliver significant savings from financial period end processes, 70% drops in unresolved service desk tickets, significant savings through automation or elimination of unnecessary processes along with a new approach to BI which ensured the monitoring of the right things, proactively, rather than what has always been done. My background as an CIMA qualified accountant enables me to focus on the value that technology can bring and present compelling business cases and insights to back up where change is required, or to drive change itself. I have experience across retail, manufacturing, telecoms and agriculture and have played key, hands-on and steering/management roles amongst ERP, CRM and BI application implementations and day to day management.
