Experience is concentrated around the marketing, selling and delivery of capital equipment and services. These organisations require the attention to detail demanded by customers who know that customer insight and customer service is the characteristic of an organisation that sets it apart from the competition, yet for an organisation to be what customers require it must be profitable. It is such an environment that Stephen finds challenging and enjoyable.
