About Steve Dudek

I love application design and development, along with working with high energy people who I can work with together to solve real business problems following Agile/SAFE/Scrum principles. I have a passion for Web and Mobile technologies. I've implemented projects on multiple platforms, mobile, web, mainframe, or distributed, on multiple technologies. Whether it be a home grown effort, vendor implementation, or a hybrid approach, I find this work challenging, but also engaging. From a technical side, I have extensive technical experience, leveraging my Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois at C/U. I have worked in IT/BT for over 30+ years. I started as a developer, and have played many roles over my career include BT Senior Manager for over 13 years. From a softer skill side, I have strong business and professional skills with an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, along with agile ACSM, RTE, SCP,and PMP certifications. These skills help me work with my business partners to offer multiple solution options for solving problems. As I always believe,"surround yourself with the best people possible", this is something I pride myself on in hiring the best staff or consultants, I can find. While I have been accused of being picky on hiring staff, but this has paid off generously in the long term. Developing good teamwork, incredible challenges can be overcome and great things achieved.
