About Steve Ellis

I'm curious, passionate and driven. I love working out the answers to problems around organizational and business growth and so far, I've found that there are few that can't be solved with focus, communication and a sense of humour. I've worked at senior leadership level building new businesses in Edtech, Publishing, SaaS in HRtech and in Consulting to big companies in the language and leadership fields. I've been fortunate to work in organizations with strong growth cultures, big imaginations and a belief that tomorrow will be better than today if we make it so. I'm comfortable with challenge and uncertainty and use my language and cultural knowledge to put ideas into action and to execute with experience-led confidence. Along the way I have discovered how powerful the network effects of a great team are and I love finding, growing and enabling talent to achieve way beyond what seems possible. I'm at my best when working with teams aiming for the sky in line with a shared vision. In private, I love travel, languages and any sport that involves water.
