I specialise in providing and supporting database, storage, and infrastructure solutions for major global financial institutions to run Bravura’s wide range of critical 24x7 applications/systems.Financial institutions engage Bravura to increase and/or enhance their financial service offering. I become involved with my team (post sale) to design the database and storage solution. I collate the requirements of the project, then design a solution as per industry best practices in governance, security, performance, policies, and data integrity.My 20+ years of working in database technology and IT infrastructure within the financial services sector ensures I bring professional expertise and knowledge. My solutions are practical, cost-effective, secure and performant, always meeting the requirements and demands of the client.Diversity & InclusionThe Race & Ethnicity pillar was launched within Bravura in October 2021, the month the UK celebrated Black History. Originally called Race, the name was changed to include Ethnicity to have a wider reach and deeper meaning to all, as Race is normally associated with colour.The driving force behind this pillar is that we treat each other as human beings, as we all have the same colour blood no matter where in the world we were born or currently reside.We aim to challenge common misconceptions and assumptions within Bravura to ensure racial/ethnic discrimination is called out, appropriately dealt with, and not used to hinder anyone. We will educate, collaborate, and provide safe spaces for all employees to raise concerns, seek support or gain understanding.
