I have worked for Chrysler starting 2/1995 to current in many positions. I started in assembly and while attending Baker College for my Bachelor’s degree, I moved into production control. Once in production control as an end user of mainframe, I had gained an understanding of mainframe operations. I moved into mainframe operations, then process specialist. I moved into problem management to learn how to handle a wider range of platforms and outages. I moved into the mainframe operations manager position supporting all of the mainframe for Chrysler/Fiat. My current position is held with FCA as the Subject Matter Expert for the Receiving systems.
