About Steve Fox

My current role is as a Business and MI Analyst for Disclosure Services, one of the industry leaders for processing DBS/CRB checks across all industry sectors throughout the UK. My most recent previous role was working as an Operational Business Analyst for Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters, DTCC and AVOX) conducting Continuous Process Improvement and Process Innovation for several key business areas. At the end of 2018, I successfully completed my Certificate of Higher Education in Leadership and Management as part of the first cohort of the Young Talent Academy in North Wales in collaboration with the North Wales Business Academy. The 15 month course was funded by the European Social Fund and aimed to equip talented employees with the tools needed to become the next generation of leaders in Wales. I'm highly skilled in Data Research, Business Analysis, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Customer Service and have excellent communication skills at all levels of the business as well as excelling within a team or when using my own initiative. My hobbies include going to the cinema, walking, swimming and reading.
