An experienced operator in the Contract Catering sector. In Procurement for the past 20 years, the previous 6 at director level. Recent redundancy (as a consequence of the company being acquired by a competitor) has given me the opportunity to consider my work life balance resulting in my decision to step down from director level roles. My new role with NewFlex reflects this. Previous roles: procurement director, supply chain manager / category manager. I am able to combine my operational and procurement experience to ensure the food sourcing objectives for the business are achieved. I am also able to offer a proven track record in training having developed and tutored courses in managing and maximising profitability at site level. A gregarious person who is a team player and thrives in a supportive fast moving focused organisation.
