About Steve Freeman

It is my personal belief that every Financial Advisor would want and expect a strong advocate and mentor as their Manager. I have over a decade of experience as a Financial Advisor and another decade as a Branch and Complex Manager. My goal is to provide solutions and remove hurdles that helps Advisors on my team do what they do best; service clients, bring in assets and grow revenue. The wealth management business is both an art and a science, and the best practitioners draw on both to build and deepen client relationships. With an extensive background in the financial industry, I am able to help Financial Advisors on my team produce consistent growth and life balance. For over 10 years I was a successful Financial Advisor both as an individual producer and member of a team. My past experience helps me to better understand the day-to-day life of an a Financial Advisor. My hope is to be a business partner and advocate in helping my team grow and develop their practices. I have been actively involved in competitive sports for much of my life which has helped me understand the value of teamwork and a competitive spirit. I am very proud to have been on the team that won the NCAA Division II national title in soccer. Following school, I continued to play soccer professionally for the Orlando Lions, Sundogs and Nighthawks. I still play soccer today, work out and spend time with my Family. Areas of focus: I am able to assist my team of FA's with the following- client acquisition strategies - defining a process and service model - ensuring efficiency - helping them grow their practice in addition to being a partner
