About Steve Gaenzler

Steve Gaenzler is a veteran capital markets expert, tech strategist and innovator who has held senior corporate roles in mortgage finance, real estate, and technology, as well as started and successfully exited two financial services technology companies, prior to joining Radian (NYSE: RDN). As SVP, Innovation and Strategy, Steve is responsible for ensuring innovation is a differentiator and creates value for our customers. He leads an organization charged with the development of data-driven analytical products including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI products that power technology platforms and services. His teams pioneered the development of Radian's proprietary computer vision models, automated valuation tools, and other core data and AI-competencies. Additionally, Steve and his team are responsible for the identification and completion of opportunities that expand the distribution of, or enhance the features in our products through strategic partnerships. Steve is a member of Radian’s Enterprise Risk Management Council, Learning Governance Council, Enterprise Compliance Council, and Chair of the subcommittee responsible for homegenius model governance. Mr. Gaenzler's experience transcends the real estate, mortgage and capital markets, banking and asset management, and technology arenas. Prior to joining Radian, he was co-Founder and Managing Partner of Five Bridges Advisors, LLC, a Washington, DC-based fintech focused on the mortgage, real estate and capital markets which was acquired by Radian.
