I am an avid golfer, cook and concert goer. I love to travel and explore new places. I am a very active person, so wherever I am activities are a must and I do not back down from a challenge. My professional career has brought me up and down the East Coast immersing myself in the local food scene and always having my finger on the pulse of the area I am in. My background in the food service industry is on the culinary side, it is why I still have my passion for cooking to this day. Starting as a dishwasher nearly 25 years ago I worked up the ranks in the industry holding every job possible in the field. My passion for food and my desire to please people is what keeps me going in this demanding business. As a General Manager I am key to the success in my restaurant; managing financials, knowing sales trends and adapting to those trends, identifying problems and solving them quickly, managing and executing our catering program and maintaining a work environment conducive to the success of the staff and store.
