I provide advice to businesses whether large or small on HR and employment law matters and issues arising in the workplace. I advise on dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues, avoiding unfair and/or wrongful dismissal, undertaking redundancies, dealing with long term sickness absence, avoiding discrimination and on employee documentation, such as contracts of employment, service agreements, staff handbooks and policies. I specialise in providing employers with solutions to issues arising out of the employer employee relationship. From initial recruitment through to termination of employment, including negotiating severance terms and termination agreements and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal.
