I'm known for my ability to think critically and find details and patterns while not losing sight of the overall situation or business need. I've had extensive experience at distilling complicated processes and previously unwritten "head knowledge" into concise procedural documents that are simple enough for a bank auditor to understand. If you need someone to plan and organize, check me out. Just as an example, I make a Gantt chart when I host Thanksgiving dinner to track who's bringing what, and when different dishes need to get prepared and cooked. I have a passion for feeding people. I have volunteered many hours of my time at the local food bank to help ensure people are able to get fresh healthy food. Some days I'll be at the warehouse elbows-deep in a crate of apples sorting and picking put the bad ones, and some days I'm out at a school or church parking lot giving people bags of produce.
