About Steve Graham

I have dedicated my 40 plus year career to Lathrop & Gage, and concentrate my practice on business and finance, with a principal focus on financial and corporate transactions. I assist clients with their most important corporate needs, and notably have deep experience working with banks and financial institutions. Having worked with financial institutions of varying size and scope, I present unique solutions for all aspects of the credit relationship, including loan documentation, restructures, workouts, loan enforcement, and operational matters. My experience includes a broad range in financing for both lender and borrower, including secured and unsecured lending, construction and real estate lending, asset-based financing, and governmental and tax assisted financings. Additionally, my reputation is built on being a trusted advisor by acting as outside general counsel for numerous private companies who value my insight, experience and advice on corporate and general business matters. I advise these companies in regards to their operations, coordinating and overseeing corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, employment matters, executive compensation, litigation, and other business issues. My knowledge has helped shape the Corporate Team at Lathrop & Gage, and I have managed the Financial Institutions Department at the firm for many years.
