I am a dedicated educational leader with a proven track record of fostering positive, structured, and inclusive school environments. Currently, I oversee daily operations at Eggers Middle School, where I lead staff management, student discipline, academic attendance procedures, and personnel development. In this role, I’ve driven initiatives like a rewards-based attendance program, a complete referral system restructure, and numerous professional development opportunities — all aimed at improving school culture, instructional quality, and student outcomes. My leadership has been pivotal during both a districtwide organizational transition and significant internal changes at Eggers, where I’ve focused on clear communication, consistent expectations, and staff empowerment. Previously, I served as the primary administrator for student discipline, where I developed progressive strategies and behavior intervention plans that reduced referrals and enhanced classroom environments. I also coordinated all school-wide testing, designed and facilitated professional development, managed master scheduling, directed student 504 plan compliance, and conducted instructional evaluations using the NIET rubric. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to building strong school-home partnerships, proactively addressing challenges, and creating opportunities for students and staff to thrive.
