About Steve Hall

I’m a former Commando Officer and cheeky git – dedicated to making fitness fun, and pushing your buttons and limits. I specialise in training executives and business owners who want to increase their fitness, energy, vitality, resilience, and clarity of thought - and weight-loss when required. I am a former Green Beret with the British Royal Marines responsible for rehabilitation of Commandos at the Commando Training Centre, and the physical training and fitness of junior Royal Navy Officers at the Britannia Royal Naval College. I am also an accomplished athlete and participant in high performing teams; having previously represented Great Britain in Dragon Boat Racing, and as a Combined Services Rugby player. My military and sporting achievements are complemented by a B.Sc in Human Biology from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom; and key partnerships with some of the best nutritionists available today, this makes me perfectly qualified to boost the fitness and wellbeing of you and your team effectively and safely.
