Over the past 17 years, Steve has focused on managing and directing the consulting sales and delivery activities of major Fortune 100 clients. Steve's hands-on philosophy involves tackling the roles of both player and coach to effectively manage teams in the sales infrastructure. His focus is on leading the IT consulting, IT solutions, and staffing verticals to supervise large scale, strategic workforce engagements. Steve works closely with senior executive clients to develop and support project solutions, outsourcing, and staff augmentation requirements across a broad scope of vertical industries. He also oversees resource dedication, pricing and contract negotiation, benchmark measurements, and revenue generation.
