About Steve Hickman

I manage the medical staff for each of our 5 locations. My responsibilities in this role include creating staff schedules, ordering medical supplies and creating/conducting various training meetings for those I supervise. As a junior executive within the company, I also assist our President, CEO and Operations Manager with various tasks. Some of which include identifying, interviewing & hiring new medical staff as appropriate; writing, updating & implementing policy and procedure for the back office, & coordinating the needs of our medical providers.I really enjoy working in these capacities because it gives me a broad perspective of our company and gives me many opportunities to positively influence our goals. It has also provided me with a great environment to learn a lot about healthcare and grow in ways I'm very excited about
