About Steve Hill

GOAL: To collaborate with a transformational organization, dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. For the past twenty two years my professional experiences have been in the area of public libraries, promoting access to information, knowledge and individual growth. I had the benefit of arriving in the library profession on the cusp of remarkable change, a time when technology helped revolutionize American libraries. Since then, libraries have transformed themselves and the world around them by harnessing innovative tools for the benefit of human communication. What continues to motivate me, is working with other talented people to empower individuals and groups so they may freely engage in learning, collaboration and dialogue. My key strengths include communication, collaboration and analysis. I am adept at working independently and handling complex, sensitive assignments with integrity.
