Most recently, we were lead trial counsel for the world's leading BIOS firmware company and successfully defended against the assertion of infringement of 25 patents. Earlier this year, we successfully arbitrated a complex contract case for a healthcare technology company, while also defending its chief executive officer who was being accused of bribery.
