Taking a value-driven approach to the dealer network I appreciate that customer experience, retention and loyalty are the key enablers to being able to maintain sustainable growth. Being pragmatic and measured I am laser-focused on the commercial drivers that support the overall corporate and brand objectives. And having an exceptionally strong operational background my strategic thinking is framed by structure, process and systems to ensure effective execution.
