I have extensive customer-focused operations management experience within both customer facing and back office support environments. I am currently Senior Manager, Community and Sentiments for EMEA within Ubisoft operating from Newcastle CRC. With a lifelong passion and enthusiasm for games, I love identifying and nurturing ways in which community professionals can improve their interactions with online player communities in order to positively impact the overall player experience. I strive to create an environment in which my colleagues are empowered and feel they can take risks, ask questions and grow through experimentation and development through quality coaching.
