I'm a dedicated real estate professional who strongly advocates for my clients while managing the details that lead to a smooth transaction. And, because I understand the frustration clients experience when they have unanswered questions or concerns, I am adamant about taking every call, responding to every text immediately, and communicating clearly. When it comes to marketing a home for sale, I will do just what it takes to put a home in front of the most possible buyers in the best possible way. A licensed drone pilot and award-winning videographer with more than 30 years experience and a video in the in the MTV hall of fame, I create stunning home tours and drone videos to capture a viewer’s interest and create the desire for ownership. What makes me "different" is that I am proactive in getting those videos in front of potential buyers via Facebook, YouTube, and other social media sites. I also send links to top agents and uses them as part of my follow-up to those who visit my open houses. and I love doing Open Houses. Why? Because they work. I approach real estate with an abundance of energy, drive, enthusiasm and with a “Don’t wait” attitude. If something should be done, the best time to do it is, in most cases, right now. Originally from Sleepy Hollow, New York, my wife Judy and I lived in Charlotte, North Carolina for 13 years before relocating to Brookfield to be close to our family. In addition to my career in videography, I spent many years in the record industry, I am a licensed commercial pilot, a licensed Drone Pilot and had the honor of serving in the U.S. Navy. When I find that leisure time, I play guitar, bang out some rock n roll on the piano, take advantage of the local walking and running paths and try to get my kayak in Lake Lillinonah.
