Worked for approaching 20 years in the Video Games industry, first as a journalist then running Hijack Promotions, a Creative Agency specialising in supplying small to medium sized businesses with a Marketing, Events, Social Media and Creative Agency. Joined Konami Digital Entertainment, a longstanding client of mine, as the European Brand Manager for Kojima Productions in early 2013. Having previously provided Konami with Marketing Consultancy, Event Management and Social Media Marketing, my experience in many of the aspects of the games industry is continuously growing and expanding. In 2014, took the decision to leave the gaming industry to look for new challenges and experience and landed a job at Dyson in October that year, as a Commercial Manager in the Floorcare team. Initially looking after Fullsize products for Canada and Australia, before moving on to all of our Floorcare products for the Americas and finally, the Commercial Manager for the robot vacuum cleaners. May 2022 and I landed at Code Software, helping to market their reporting and analytics software for Microsoft Teams, where you can still find me to this day! Some of my skills include Brand Management, Partnership planning and negotiating, Budgeting and Strategic Planning. All aspects of creative work - print, online, web design, e-commerce, large format design and printing, merchandise, branded products or giveaways are just some examples. I have an extensive list of suppliers for many aspects of this broad industry. Event management, exhibition planning, execution and on-site management. Product launches, parties, community based events and press events all catered for. Attention to detail is one of my biggest strengths.
