I am an accomplished leader and coach with over 25 years of experience in sales, operations, and senior management across diverse industries. As the President & COO of Foreword Companies, I lead strategy, execution, and performance of multiple businesses in the construction, manufacturing, logistics and eCommerce sectors. My focus is on driving top-line revenue growth, generating free cash flow, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering team member engagement and development. As an iPEC-trained executive and business coach, I am passionate about unlocking the potential of leaders to achieve their goals. Through self-awareness exercises, introspection, clarity of purpose, and extreme intentionality, I help leaders at all stages of their journey elevate their performance. I am also a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). In addition, I am the Founder and Chief Peep of Sockpeeps, a social enterprise dedicated to revolutionizing the sock industry with fun designs, high quality, and a unique blend of soft yet durable bamboo fabric. I'm also the author of "Loved People Love People." A short field guide to embracing and executing the idea that love in action creates a ripple effect across both personal and professional lives. I also co-founded 3PX Coaching and host the 3PX Coaching Show.
