MBA qualified insight and analytics professional with 15+ years of experience including leadership and management of multi-disciplinary market research, economics and data functions. Majority of experience has involved working with executive leadership and senior managers on strategic research and organisational approaches to data and insight.I am passionate about using data and insight to drive evidence-based decision making, policy and service development – inspiring my teams to boost innovation and continuous improvement in operations.Currently leading a major membership body's research, analytics and insight activity including an annual programme of work generating intelligence on current and future challenges for the legal profession. • Using expertise in a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods to deliver timely production and analysis of information from customers (e.g. members), competitors, and other sources to inform strategic business development activity.• Providing relevant, accurate and up to date insights about the profession to inform policy development, while ensuring that all projects meet objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget.• Managing the performance, learning and development of team members.• Designing and implementing quality control processes for research undertaken across the Society by staff in other departments (e.g. surveys).
