About Steve Kinsey

I combine a broad knowledge of Information Technology with strong business analysis skills which have been gained in senior positions with organisations in financial services and social housing. I am able to communicate effectively on both technical and business related subjects often providing a 'bridging' role between the two areas. I have acquired a detailed knowledge and understanding of the key business processes that support today's social housing organisations. Together with several years of experience in IT Architecture this gives me a rare combination of skills allowing me to think and work at a strategic level as well as understanding more detailed aspects of business processes within the social housing sector. I have specialist skills in Orchard Housing, developing workflows using the Orchard BPM toolkit. I have provided consultancy in CRM workflow development to over 20 housing associations and local authorities across the United Kingdom. More recently I have used my experience in IT Architecture and detailed understanding of the social housing sector to support large business transformation.
