I've built my career as a CRM Specialist with both product management and consulting experience. I enjoy mapping out strategic roadmaps, crafting feature specs, and building functionality that truly aligns technology with business needs. Through analytical problem-solving and innovative thinking, I've headed up several initiatives to optimize CRM systems, resulting in higher adoption rates and improved efficiency across departments. My approach to designing logical systems helps me manage product strategy and backlogs effectively while keeping diverse teams aligned toward common goals. Beyond CRM, I've implemented other systems that enhance the customer experience ecosystem. My work with Five9 solutions has delivered outcomes that directly support our Customer Support organizational goals. As a cross-functional collaborator, I work effectively with teams across the organization—from Member Support and Financial Support to Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. My ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value ensures our technology investments yield meaningful results for all stakeholders.
