About Steve Kout

My name is Steve Kout, and I am a MAPS Coach with Keller Williams Realty International, and a real estate teacher, trainer, coach and mentor with Keller Williams Realty in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been in the industry since 1998, and with Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta and now Keller Williams Realty Atlanta North (The Rawls Group) since 2002. My passion is in "Changing REAL Lives through Real Estate." I had the privilege of serving as Team Leader (Managing Broker) at Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta - Sandy Springs for 4.5 years, from November 2007 through April 2012. This is one of the largest and most successful real estate offices in Atlanta, and not just within the Keller Williams Realty organization. My primary roles included consulting with agents, teaching, and attracting top agents to KW. It is a high honor to have had the opportunity to serve in this role in this particular office, and I enjoyed the role very much. During my tenure, we finished in the top 1% of all Keller Williams Realty offices each year, including #1 overall in 2010! In addition, starting in 2009, we became the #1 volume residential real estate office in Georgia. I am also an experienced real estate investor. My wife Teresa and I invest and work closely with a number clients in both Buy and Sell "FLIP" strategies as well as Buy and Hold "HOLD" strategies.
