As the founder of the Ethnic Minority Employment and Entrepreneurship Network - EMEEN, formerly known as NIOPF, I am dedicated to maximise the ethnic minority economic potential and promote who are making significant contributions to society in Northern Ireland. I founded EMEEN NETWORK in 2020 with this goal in mind. With over 22 years of experience in the corporate, civil service, and community sectors, I have gained knowledge and expertise in fields such as Entrepreneurship, Employment, Careers, Customers psychology, employee welfare, recruitment, banking, production, training and development, community work, and community relations. Through my work, I have seen the need for a platform that brings together professionals from ethnic minority backgrounds, and that is why I founded EMEEN NETWORK and it's verticals - Ethnic Minority Business Network - Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship Network - Ethnic Minority Employment Network - EMEEN Research & Development - Refugee & Asylum Seekers Talent Network - EMEEN Conference & Event EMEEN network aims to engage, empower, and celebrate the achievements of ethnic minority professionals living in Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.
