About Steve Lee

Steve has significant international experience, having held Global and Regional roles for both NTT/Dimension Data and IBM. Steve currently runs The team responsible for the design and optimisation of Managed Services delivery for NTT, having previously owned delivery for Dimension Data's Enterprise Services Business globally. Prior to that he was responsible for Delivery Transformation for IBM's Integrated Technology Services Business across Europe. Steve spent 3 years based in Bangalore in India on International assignment and also ran accounts and business groups for IBM across Europe. Combining commercial and project management experiences together with business management skills which were developed as an Associate Director of his previous company, and then honed through managing several groups within IBM and Dimension Data, and through his Warwick MBA, Steve delivered many successful client and internal projects and lead several successful business transformations. Steve is a highly motivated, strong, inclusive manager, using a mix of empowerment, delegation and trust, through clear direction and objectives to facilitate teams to achieve their objectives. Strong attention to detail together with structured organisation and standards have enabled him to develop an excellent track record for building strong client focused teams with a shared sense of ownership in the service they provide, and to enable the teams to provide top class client services. Steve is a first class Coach and uses these skills to mentor a number of fellow employees. He is also a skilled commercial manager capable of managing the most complex commercial contracts. He has developed a reputation for delivering some of the most challenging programmes, using his skills to break the issues down into manageable challenges and then resolving them in such a way they do not re-occur. Steve has also developed an in-depth understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
