With a master's degree in communication and media studies from Madras Christian College I am a healthcare process management expert with nearly six years of experience in the US healthcare industry. My core competencies include insurance verification denial management account receivables and customer service for billing related issues. As a Process Coach at HC Intellect I trained and mentored the team members on insurance claim denial management ensuring quality and compliance with the client's requirements and the project's specifications. I also prepared and updated the process manuals and training materials and addressed the client issues to achieve quick and successful resolution. Previously I worked as a Senior Receivable Analyst at nthrive Global Solution where I oversaw eligibility and authorization submitted appeals negotiated discounts and billed Medicare Medicaid and other insurance companies. I also compiled a list of guidelines from insurance companies for the benefit of my co-workers and supported the off-shore team with training and feedback.
