We design and think user-first first and work in empowered-cross-functional squads with engineering to build experiences, engage users and drive engagement and billions in sales within our digital channels.My tenure with CDW speaks volumes about my passion for the people, culture and the product we create at this amazing company. I am among the few people who have had the chance to build things over the past 25+ years – crafting the seller experience and building tools that drive over $18B in revenues annually.The company is always changing and growing, and I love how the team flexes to solve customer problems and create new opportunities within our organization. Over my CDW career, I’ve trained and mentored dozens of coworkers and leaders at all levels, and managed diverse, cross-functional teams of all sizes.Focused, goal-oriented, and highly collaborative, I am always uncovering ways to help our teammates contribute and step outside of their perceived capabilities. It’s critical to have the vision to think beyond what your stakeholders view as possible and deliver products that delight and engage the user.
