I am the immediate past chair & CEO of Troutman Pepper, an AmLaw 50 firm with more than 1200 lawyers and 20 offices across the U.S. As managing partner of Troutman Sanders from January 2011 to July 2020, I guided the firm through its largest merger, resulting in the formation of Troutman Pepper. During my tenure, Troutman Pepper implemented strategic planning initiatives, doubled in size, and has tripled its annual revenue. My leadership and long track record in private practice have been recognized with numerous awards, including Atlanta Magazine's Atlanta 500, Atlanta Business Chronicle's Most Admired CEO, and Best Lawyers in America's Lawyer of the Year. I am committed to actively serving a variety of civil and charitable organizations. I currently serve on the Executive Committee of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of UNC School of Law Alumni Association, and am a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta.
