Founder and manager of "The Kit Man" complete sports kit management. Looking after up to and in excess of 100 Football teams throughout the year on a weekly basis. Offering a unique service in and around the midlands I also have extensive knowledge and experience within the Gaming industry of 20 years, delivering excellence in customer service. I describe my management style as a dynamic and leading from the front and by example. I set myself targets to achieve and strive to accomplish and excel far above these targets. And try to instil the same on to employees that I have responsibility for. My promotion and marketing skills, are that of high impact, inivative and fun which helps to accomplish the very best results. I am currently employed as a Regional Contracts Manager with Fidelis Group, delivering the best service to each of the clients within my region, ensuring excellent communication is delivered at all times, and a service that is monitored thoroughly. And also helping to change the culture of the staff under my management, to one of efficiency, drive and determination to provide the very best service.
