As a Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Construction and Biomedical Healthcare industries, I have orchestrated the delivery of many successful projects. As a business owner, I have built two multimillion dollar corporations from the ground up. I specialize in project turnaround and start up organizations. As a project manager I have a consistent track record of effectively leading, mentoring, and training technical staff, subcontractors and other individual contributors. I have successfully optimized team talent, resulting in consistently implementing projects under budget and ahead of the estimated deployment schedule. In addition to possessing strong communication and negotiation skills, I have excellent organizational skills. My well-rounded background and skill sets have greatly served my clients, peers and employees. My early career is marked by a strong technical foundation in which I have continuously delivered pragmatic solutions and brought increased efficiencies in complex work environments. I always strive to drive improvements to my host organization. For example, at Nassau County Medical Center’s Biomedical Department, I developed and implemented the first completely automated medical equipment testing system, a paperless system that increased productivity by over 300%. I also hold a patent in telecommunications relating to remote monitoring and control systems for cellular base stations.
