A financial consultant approached Da Vinci and said he'd seen a niche in the market for a new estate agents. He wanted to name it Select Estate Agents after his financial consultancy, Select Insurance. He wanted us to "simply design the logo." We said no. We can do better than that. We researched the marketplace. Invited six competitors to value his house so we could note their approach. Looked at their literature, websites and advertising. When we presented the client with potential names.toast, beanbag, nest, peach and peapod.you could have heard a pin drop. When we suggested he take donuts to his valuation visits.you could have heard two pins drop. Then the penny finally dropped. And he embraced us hook, line and sinker. Peapod is now third biggest and fastest growing estate agents in the north of Manchester. We did create his logo, but then helped build his brand with stationery, literature, advertising, website,"For Sale" signs and a branded mini cooper. We can do a little bit more than a logo. Specialties: Copywriting and creative direction for award winning business to business advertising campaigns, marketing literature, magazines, websites, e-shots and even tv commercials.
