While ensuring a consistent and efficient support system I believe that the true mission of Human Resources requires an in-depth understanding of the business and its core mission and values. I see the organization as an integrated whole. Whether it is staffing or training, celebrating success, learning from our mistakes, or being accountable for the tough performance issues that can impact the team, I firmly believe that the whole works better when all systems support each other and perform in sync. I add value through my role by contributing to a culture based on mutual trust and respect, providing the training and coaching that champion both effort and achievement, by ensuring our total compensation plan is fair and competitive.
