Mr. Lundwall’s experience includes representing clients in disputes involving patent and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, employee non-competition agreements, complex construction counseling and litigation issues, and antitrust, fraud and unfair competition issues. His practice also includes licensing and contract consultation and negotiation. He has significant experience in pursuing damages claims and defending against damages claims in complex federal and state cases.
