I have valuable negotiating and problem-solving experience in large metropolitan areas. I am a confident, creative leader with an understanding of how to motivate and empower a team to great success. I am an effective, respectful manager. I set only meaningful, specific, achievable performance metrics. I appreciate and model the benefits of encouraging staff to lead a healthy, balanced life. A year ago, my wife and I moved from Atlanta to Millstone, New Jersey. We traded our historic home in Atlanta for a log cabin on a farm, complete with alpacas, goats, donkeys and chickens. We went from hardwood floors to wood everywhere except the floors!
