As a commercial investment real estate broker, I work with investors, owner-occupants and tenants who buy, sell or lease commercial properties. In addition to my personal brokerage business I am also the Managing Broker/President of the Lee & Associates San Diego office. Since taking over in February 2013, I have worked to turn the office around, successfully recruiting many senior level agents, reducing overhead and providing superior service to our clients. Lee & Associates is a national platform with over 50 offices/700 brokers however each office is independently owned and operated which gives us a unique position in the marketplace. We are able to provide institutional quality service to our clients and yet keep a small boutique feel and rapidly respond to our client’s needs as critical decisions can be made locally.
